We travel the world to bring you the latest food trends. Regular trips to global food fairs including Anuga, SIAL and the IFE, and to UK markets such as Borough Market and Dalston Yard, ensure we’re bang up to date with what’s happening in this exciting, fast-moving sector.

We source ingredients on a global scale and work only with specialist suppliers of meat, fish, dairy and vegetables to guarantee full ‘field to fork’ traceability.

A Recipe for Success

Ingredient provenance and quality are at the forefront of what we do. We’re dedicated to selecting only the very best ingredients – including some which carry a Denomination of Protected Origin (DPO) – and work with specialist market-leading suppliers to fulfil each customer’s specific brief. We also implement rigorous audits of all our ingredients suppliers, no matter where they are in the world. Only once our chefs have assessed each ingredient for suitability, taste, colour and texture, will they be included in our recipes.

For your peace of mind, we have a rigorous raw material sampling and compliance programme, we challenge and verify organic and PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) claims, and monitor authenticity via our in-house team. Full supply chain traceability of all ingredients, packaging and finished goods is guaranteed.
