Our Greek-inspired dips are all based on authentic Greek recipes and use the finest ingredients available to bring you a true taste of the Mediterranean.

Taramasalata – made from marinated fish roe, lemon and breadcrumbs, and Smoked Salmon Taramasalata – made with smoked fish roe. Both delicious served with warm chunky bread, toast or as part of a Greek Mezze.
Traditional Tzatziki – featuring Greek-style yoghurt, fresh cucumber, garlic and mint. A great addition to a Mezze platter of cured meats and olives, or stir through cooked new potatoes for a refreshing side dish.
Beetroot Tzatziki – a contemporary take on an old favourite.
We use only the best ingredients such as homemade mayonnaise, fresh cream and the finest cheeses in our traditional dips, and all are produced in small batches to retain high levels of quality, taste, texture and appearance. Our state of the art factory and dedicated dips hall allows us to work at both high speed and low volume runs for hand filled products, and in a variety of pack formats including sleeved, labelled and gas flushed single pots, stackers or multipacks.
